CaseRoom app for iPhone and iPad
WHAT IS CASEROOM
•Caseroom is a secure cloud-based virtual data room which is used for the storage, collaboration, distribution and review of documents. Caseroom will be provided using a SaaS (Software as a Service) model, hosted on Amazon Web Services.
•Access to the Caseroom SaaS is at caseroom.sg. Caseroom is distinctive in its ease of use and rich feature sets, and in its tight controls over document access. The Caseroom Mobile App will provide the User with mobile access to his/her documents in Caseroom, with a reduced feature as detailed in Paragraph G below.
•Caseroom is intended for use by document intensive industries such as legal and financial sectors for a wide range of activities, ranging from evidence review in dispute cases, due diligence review in merger and acquisitions, loan syndications, or private equity and venture capital transactions. By hosting documents in an online environment, transaction momentum is no longer impeded by geography and time. Participants around the world have 24/7 access to documents as they become available in a secure and auditable environment.
